Our process is intentionally plain: look at light, choose a planting window, install with care, then return when the season turns. No jargon layers—just steps that fit Bordeaux apartment life.

First visit and light notes
We walk the flat with a notebook, mark orientations, and photograph sills only with permission. You leave with a short verbal map of which rooms can host thirsty plants and which should stay sparse.
The first visit lasts about seventy-five minutes and costs €110 in Bordeaux proper, including Chartrons and Saint-Pierre.
Written proposal with EUR lines
Within a few days we send a proposal listing vessels, plants, and labour as separate lines. You can approve the full set or phase courtyard work after indoor rooms settle.

Sourcing day at local markets
We buy from growers and markets we already trust rather than shipping fragile stems across Europe for a single sill. If a plant fails our studio check, it never reaches your floor.
Install day choreography
Installations are booked in morning or afternoon blocks so soil work finishes before evening tram rush. We protect floors, remove packaging, and leave a one-page care sheet on the kitchen counter.
Seasonal return
Retainer clients get calendar reminders aligned to the chips on each service page. Project clients can book a single follow-up within three months at €95.
When we decline a brief
If a space has no viable light or a building forbids all pots, we say so early and charge only the first visit. Honesty keeps courtyards safer and clients freer to choose paint or textiles instead.
